Carbonator

Carbonator debuted with the 2008 New Models lineup as a soda-bottle-shaped car built around a turbine engine and an oversized rear wing. The casting was adjusted in 2016 to move the front rivet forward, and it reappeared unchanged in the 2023 mainline under the tribute name Brutonator, honoring Mattel marketing staffer Matt Brutocao. It has also been chased as an X-Raycers Treasure Hunt release.
